Matthew J. Schlehlein, age 96, passed away on April 27, 2015. He is survived by his beloved wife, Carol (Lemke) Schlehlein, daughters Mary Ann Stackowicz, Linda Christ, Valerie Christ and Wendy Christ, one grandson, Kurt (Sue) Schlehlein, two granddaughters, Dawn Stackowicz and Kim (Kent) Ehrensberger and great grandchildren, Kolten Ehrensberger and Maggie Schlehlein. Matthew was preceded in death by his parents and one son William and past wives, Marie and Janet, his brothers, Al and Bob. He will truly be missed by his many beloved family and friends. Memorial Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 8, 2015 at St. Vincent's Pallotti East, formally Holy Cross Catholic Church in Milwaukee. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the services.
