Michael Pamonicutt III, "Kāēqc Anahkwat", age 30, passed away unexpectedly on September 28, 2024, in Shawano. Born in Chicago, on August 12, 1994, to Jessica Pamonicutt. He graduated high school from the Lincoln's Military Challenge Academy. He then went on to graduate from the College of the Menominee Nation and most recently graduated from the BIA Indian Police Academy. He was proud to have been able to enter the Menominee Indian Tribal Police Force. Michael was dedicated to serving his community and people. He was proud to have also been a champion grass dancer and was dedicated to his heritage. When he wasn't working, he was pumping iron and working out. His family adored his cooking, and he always was available for them. Any Chicago sports team Michael, rooted for them. Michael's main priority however was his children. They were his world, and he worked hard so they could have a good life. He may have had a hard exterior but had a heart of gold. Michael was an exceptional and loving father, son, brother, and friend.

Michael is survived by: his children, Marcus Meshan and DaLin "Dennis" Maehkonet and one on the way; his mother and father, Jessica (Antonio Garcia) Pamonicutt; his stepchildren, Javon Miller and Andrea Miller; his brother, Jaxx Geronimo; sisters Sammy Ghazaleah, Kristen Stika, Christina Rivas; his grandfather Michael "Macky" Pamonicutt Sr.; his grandmother Theresa; his dear friend and brother, Michael (Kylene) O'Reilly and family; his aunts and uncles, Tina (Hula) Waupoose, Melanie Minafore, Joseph Kakwitch, and Sarah West; his great aunts Nanette Corn and Gina Raymond; his great uncle Mervin "Yogi" Pamonicutt.  He is further survived by his Miller, Penass, Pamonicutt, Waukau, Corn, Tourtillott family and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his grandmother Linda Pamonicutt and Uncle Michael Pamonicutt Jr., brother-in-law Clinton Miller; great-grandparents Martin Bailey and Yvonne Wyonna Pamonicutt.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday October 3, 2024, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Fr. Hanz Christian officiating. Visitation will be held at the church parish hall starting on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 4:00pm until the time of service on Thursday. Burial will be held in the church cemetery following services.
