Michael L. Pamanet, age 41, passed away in an automobile accident on Friday August 4, 2023. Michael was born in Shawano on September 16, 1981, son of Lawrence Peters and Judith Pamanet. Mike graduated from Menominee Indian High School. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, shanging, and camping. Michael loved his children with his whole heart, he was a strong willed, selfless, hardworking family man who always put others first. He had an easy-going personality and would often say "It's all going to be alright".

Michael is survived by his children, Mesa̅e̅n, Mahwa̅eseah, Mani̅h, and Mimi; his parents, Lawrence Peters and Judith Pamanet; and siblings, Paul Pamanet, Paula Peters, James Peters, and Elisa (Robert) Katchenago.  He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral service for Michael will be held at 4:00pm on Monday August 7, 2023, at 230 E. Maurer St. in Shawano with Pastor Matt Golie officiating. Visitation will be held at the residence beginning Sunday at 2:00pm and continuing until the time of the service on Monday.
