Michael "Mike" Bergner, age 65, passed away on May 15, 2022, at his home in Cecil. He was born on October 24, 1956, to the late Alfred "Jack" and Jeannette (Schmit) Bergner in Oconto Falls.  He graduated from Gillett High School. In 1975, Mike joined the United States Marine Corp. and was stationed in Vietnam, Okinawa Japan and Germany. After he retired from the military, he returned to the Cecil area.  Mike was united in marriage to Brandy Sears on May 5, 2007, in Pulcifer.   He enjoyed hunting, fishing, off-road racing and riding his Harley.  Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by: his wife, Brandy; his children, Chris (Tonya) Otto, Jesse Bergner and Heather (Rex) Bergner; step son, Broden Benin; grandchildren, Kara, Karisa (Bo), Shelby, Hunter, Bow and Sage; great-grandson, Huxley; brother, Roger Trepanier; and sister, Carol ("Shorty") Gunderson.  Mike is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Mike is preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, Wayne, Richard, Alfred, Jr.; and sister-in-law, Cindy.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date with military rites.
