Nancy J. Brittain, age 59 of Gresham, passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 31, 1953 in Shawano, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Kitturah (Horsley) Kurszewski. Nancy enjoyed cooking and making scrumptious meals for her loved ones. She also enjoyed going on trips with her friends, the Mohawks. But her true joy in life came from those cherished moments spent with her beloved grandchildren. Nancy is survived by: her 4 children, Tracy Bales of MI, Kim Pettigrew of Green Bay, Jamie Pettigrew of Green Bay, Danny Schultz of Gresham; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a brother, Bobby (Teresa) Kurszewski of OK; a sister, Martha (Larry) Buse of TX; and many close friends including, Lorraine Welch, Donna Mohawk, Sonja Moede, Kathleen Mohawk and Wendy Petrich.
