Nancy May (Struzynski, Rasmussen) Cook, age 65, of Cecil, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 20, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay with her son Logan by her side. Nancy was born on December 1, 1953 in Wild Rose, WI. She earned bachelor's degrees in Natural Resources and Computer Drafting and Design. She enjoyed her time as a school bus driver in Clintonville and was active in 4-H, serving as the Key Goat Leader in Waupaca County for over 30 years. Nancy loved children and was a mom to all.  She also loved animals and adopted numerous "fur babies" as she liked to call them. She was always taking care of others and was a great friend to many.

Nancy is survived by: her son, Logan Rasmussen of Cecil; three grandchildren, Alex, Jordan, and Tyler; three great-grandchildren, Reaven, Ezryn, and Heather; one brother, Joe Struzynski; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Heather and her parents.

Visitation will be held for Nancy at Swedberg Zastrow Funeral Home in Cecil on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
