Obituary
Nancy Jo (Haase) Hoffman passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at ThedaCare Medical Center in Shawano. Born on February 1, 1967 in Beaver Dam, WI, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Jacquelyn (Hendry) Haase. On June 15, 2002, she married Gerald Hoffman in Fond du Lac, WI. Nancy enjoyed watching t.v., talking and visiting with her family and her three dogs.
Nancy is survived by: her husband, Gerald; son, Nicholas; sisters, Debra Hupf of Hazlehurst and Diane (Laine) Stowell of Winter; brothers, Robert (Sharon) Haase of Beaver Dam and Tim (Dianne) Haase of Miamisburg, OH; mother-in-law, Margaret Hoffman of Shawano; and brother-in-law, David Hoffman of Suamico.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, David and father-in-law, Roger Hoffman.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Life Church in Shawano with Sister Becky May officiating. Swedberg Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
The family would like to thank Atrium Post-Acute Care of Shawano at Evergreen for taking good care of Nancy.
