Nancy's family would like to extend a special thank you to The Cottages and Heartland Hospice for the love and care Nancy received.
If roses grow in Heaven Lord please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my sweet Nancy's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her how much I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, please place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Tell her how much I think of her each and every day, and that my love for her will never ever fade away.
