Otto Wagner, Jr., age 86 of the Town of Hartland, passed away Tuesday, October 01, 2013 in Shawano. Born on September 10, 1927 in the Town of Hartland, he was the son of the late Otto and Ida (Krause) Wagner. Otto lived his entire life on the family farm in the Town of Hartland. He also worked as a mechanic for the Shawano County Highway Department for many years. On January 29, 1949 he was united in marriage to Margaret Ann Bernarde. Otto was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel. In his free time he enjoyed fixing things for his neighbors. Otto is survived by: his wife of 64 years, Margaret; his son, Ralph Wagner; 6 grandchildren, Todd, Michelle, Timothy, Jesse, Brent, Kyle and 4 great-grandchildren. Otto was preceded in death by: his son, Peter Wagner; his parents; a sister; and 2 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bonduel. Visitation will be held at the Swedberg-Wendt Funeral Home in Bonduel on Friday from 4:00-8:00pm and at the church on Saturday from 10:00am until the time of the service. www.swedbergfuneralhome.com
