Patrick John Soufal, age 81, of Shawano, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Patrick was born in Shawano on April 20, 1935, the son of the late James F. and Bernice (Calhoun) Soufal, Sr. He enlisted in the United State Army and served our country for two years before being honorably discharged in 1955. On June 8, 1957, Pat was united in marriage to Bonita "Bonnie" Jozwiak in Clintonville. He worked for Zimdar's Plumbing for many years. In their younger years, he and Bonnie enjoyed riding motorcycles. Pat also enjoyed pheasant hunting with his beagles, deer hunting, fishing and ice fishing.

Patrick is survived by his wife of 59 years, Bonnie; their two daughters, Cynthia (Barry) Quattrone of Georgia and Tammy (Lee) Johnson of Shawano; four grandchildren, Christina (Chris) Hopper of Georgia, Jerome Quattrone of Georgia, Ashley Quattrone of Pennsylvania and Hunter Johnson of Shawano; one great-granddaughter, Catelynn. He is further survived by his brother, Gerald (Carol) Soufal of Shawano; his sister, Beatrice Martin of Clintonville as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, James.

Funeral services for Patrick will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of the service.
