Patti Gayle Schroeder, age 69, passed away on Friday April 7, 2023, at her home in Shawano. Patti was born on March 12, 1954, to the late Archie and Inez (Singer) Schroeder. She graduated from Shawano High School in 1972. After high school Patti attended U.W. Stevens Point. She lived in North Carolina for 10 years before returning to Shawano. Patti worked at Wal-Mart in Shawano from the day they opened the store until retiring in 2018. She loved living on Shawano Lake and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Patti is survived by her daughter, Megan Schroeder of Florida; her brother, Pete (Jan) Schroeder; and her nephew, Sam (Brittany) Schroeder of Howards Grove.

Patti is preceded in death by her sister Polly Schroeder and her parents, Archie and Inez.

A memorial service for Patti will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday April 13, 2023, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano, with Dick Menning officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:30 pm until the time of service.
