Paul A. Towler, age 68, passed away on Friday May 12, 2023, in Appleton. Paul was born in Okauchee, Wisconsin on April 9, 1955, to Celine (Renzelmann) Towler and the late Victor A. Towler, Sr. Paul graduated from Nathan Hale High School in West Allis and on September 7, 1974, he married his high school sweetheart, Debora Majda. The couple lived most of their lives and raised their two sons in the Milwaukee area where Paul worked as a freight broker in the trucking industry. In 2002, Paul and Debbie built a summer cottage on Legend Lake. They moved to the cottage full time in 2016. After retiring and moving to Keshena, Paul mowed greens at Golden Sands and drove a bus for the Menominee School District. In his free time, he enjoyed boating on Legend Lake, and hunting and fishing with his sons, Paul and Sean. Paul never complained regardless of what he was going through. He was a thoughtful and caring man, consistently putting the needs of others before his own. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend and will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.

Paul is survived by his wife of 48 years, Debbie Towler; his sons, Paul (Alyssa) Towler and Sean Towler; his grandchildren, Kroy and Kendall; his mother, Celine Towler; his siblings, Gail (Timothy) Noll, Ted (Chris) Towler and Victor (Ellen) Towler, Jr. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Paul is preceded in death by his grandsons, Joseph Paul Towler and Kade Towler; his father, Victor Towler, Sr.; and his siblings, Linda Dornoff and Michael Towler, Sr.

A Memorial Mass for Paul will be held at 11:00 am on Friday May 26, 2023, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Keshena, with Fr. Hanz Christian. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
