Philip Glenn Lang, Sr., age 92, passed away on Thursday December 28, 2023, at his home. Philip was born on January 6, 1931, in the Township of Seneca to the late Frank and Dorothy (Felts) Lang. He graduated from Bowler High School. Philip was stationed in Europe while in the United States Airforce during the Korean Conflict with his brother Frederick. On July 10, 1954, he was united in marriage to Ann Kloth at Peace Lutheran Church in Tilleda. Philip operated a mink ranch and had chickens and cows. He was a past member of Davenport-Lang American Legion Post #414. In Philip's free time, he enjoyed fishing, gardening and cooking maple syrup. Philip has been a lifelong member of Peace Lutheran Church.

Philip is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ann; son, Phillip (Judy) Lang, Jr.; grandchildren, Franklin and Devin; and siblings, Frederick Lang and Beulah Schoneck.

Philip is preceded in death by his siblings, Bob Lang and Daisey Gehrt; and parents, Frank and Dorothy.

A funeral service for Philip will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday January 6, 2024, at Peace Lutheran Church in Tilleda with S.A.M. Jim Hartleben officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the church from 9:00 am until the time of service. Military Rites will be conducted by Bowler American Legion Post #414 at the church. Inurnment will be at Peace Lutheran Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials are preferred to be directed to the Lang family for a memorial fund to be established.
