Phyllis Virginia Paske, age 105, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in Shawano.  Phyllis was born in Watertown, WI on March 1, 1919, daughter of the late Hugo and Clara Kuehn. On June 12, 1943, Phyllis was united in marriage to Alvin Paske. Alvin preceded Phyllis in death on October 14, 2012. Phyllis was a member of Divine Savior Lutheran Church in Shawano. Phyllis worked as a bookkeeper at a movie theater. She loved knitting and crocheting and made afgans for everyone. She also enjoyed oil painting. Phyllis was a self-taught musician and was incredibly talented at piano and organ. She belonged to the drama club in high school. Phyllis also loved bowling in couples' leagues.

Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Sandy Milivojak; two grandchildren, Michelle Marie Haese and Thomas Allen Veigh II; and four great-grandchildren, Blake and Mason Haese, and Alex and Anthony Veigh.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Paske and daughter, Donna (Tom) Veigh.

A memorial service for Phyllis will be held at 11:00am on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Pastor Joseph Neuberger officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:30am until the time of the service.
