Obituary

Ralph Bruce Baldwin, Jr., age 83, of Shawano, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018 in Shawano. Ralph was born in Shawano on February 4, 1935, the son of the late Ralph and Lillian (Zeman) Baldwin, Sr.  He served in the United States Navy for four years during the Korean Conflict.  On April 7, 1956, Ralph was united in marriage to Barbara Barnett.  Barbara preceded him in death on October 6, 2005.  Ralph retired from Paper Converting in 1997.  Whether it was fishing, duck hunting, working outdoors or taking a drive in his car, he was always happy to be outside.  Ralph enjoyed playing cribbage at The Launching Pad and playing Word Seek.
Ralph is survived by: his children, Ralph (Karen Rentz) Baldwin, III, Kevin Lee (Doug Hoffman) Baldwin, Dawn (Ken) Konopka and Patricia (Marvin) Moldenhauer; three grandchildren, Tamara (Jaret Mangus) Baldwin, Amanda (Bradford) Wilson and Andrew (Kelly Berth) Stauber.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Barbara; his parents; two brothers; and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm on Monday, April 2, 2018 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano with Rev. Scott Ludford officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of the service.
