Ralph O. "Toad" Lyons, age 62 of Neopit, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012 in Shawano. Born on February 19, 1950 in Keshena, he was the son of the late Ralph and Matilda (Gauthier) Lyons. On July 29, 2005 he was united in marriage to Carmel Fish in Las Vegas. When not working as a plumber, Ralph enjoyed hunting, riding around on his scooter, cheering on his Green Bay Packers, and spending time with his family and friends. Ralph was a member of the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit. Ralph is survived by: his wife, Carmel; 4 children, Michael Lyons of Neopit, Marsha Lyons of South Branch, Arnold (special friend, Samantha) Peters of South Branch, Sundance Haack of Keshena; 6 grandchildren, Cheyenne, Apanasa, Kyle, Sasha, Leone, Mason; 4 siblings, Ramona Skenadore of Keshena, Myrna Caldwell of Neopit, Bert (Judy) Lyons of Keshena, Bertha Steckbauer of Keshena; his mother-in-law, Mary E. Fish of Keshena; and numerous other family members and friends. Ralph was preceded in death by: a son, Edward; his parents; and 5 siblings, Isabell Boivin, Gilbert Lyons, Jerome Lyons, Melvin Lyons and Robert Lyons. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with the Rev. Robert Rank officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Neopit community center after 5pm Thursday until the time of the service on Saturday. A Parish Wake Service will be held at the community center on Friday at 7pm.
