Robert Joseph "Bob" Jung, age 84, of Bonduel passed away on Wednesday August 14, 2024, in Shawano. Robert was born on September 30, 1939, in Round Lake, Illinois to the late Joseph M. and Margaret (Stoffel) Jung. On May 15, 1971, he was united in marriage to Sandra Lee Durr in Cary, Illinois. The couple spent a wonderful 40 years together before Sandra's passing in 2011. The couple moved from Woodstock, Illinois to Bonduel, Wisconsin in 1973 where Bob ran his dairy farm and drove truck. He was an extremely hard worker. In his free time, he enjoyed driving his Amish friends around.

Bob is survived by his sons, Steven Jung, Douglas (Ellen) Jung, Brian (Emily) Jung, Michael (Tina) Jung, David (Vicky) Jung, Scott (Melanie) Jung and Joseph Jung; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sisters, Viola Huff and Lucille Krohn; and special friend, Lisa. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bob is preceded in death by: his wife, Sandra; a son, Mark Jung; daughter-in-law, Kathy Jung; siblings, Don Jung and Marcella Weidner; and parents, Joseph and Margaret.

A prayer service for Robert will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday August 21, 2024, at Swedberg-Wendt Funeral Home in Bonduel with Fr. Edward Looney officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 pm until the time of service. Inurnment will be held on Friday August 23, 2024, at 3:30 pm at McHenry County Memorial Park in Woodstock, IL. Memorial donations can be directed to the Shawano County Humane Society.
