IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert Francis
Corn
October 22, 1967 – June 24, 2025
Robert Francis Corn, 57, passed away peacefully with family by his side on June 24, 2025. Born October 22, 1967, in Menominee, he was an enrolled member of the Menominee Tribe and a proud graduate of Menominee Indian High School.
Affectionately known as "Bob," or "What About Bob", he was a trailblazer — the first Menominee to qualify for State in Cross Country while attending MISD — and a passionate breakdancer with the K-Town Breakers. Though a reserved man until he had a drink or two, he came to life with a love for music, repeating his favorite songs, and finding peace riding through the woods.
Above all, Bob cherished his role as "Papa Bob," pouring his heart into moments spent with his grandson, "Coltyn Clay," finding true joy together.
He is survived by his children, Julius Stately, Alysse Corn, and Dylan Corn; and one grandson, Coltyn Clay Kaquatosh. He also leaves behind siblings Sonja Nahwahquaw, Sharon Sullivan, Jolene Wayka, Patrick House, Marvin Wayka, Calvin Wayka, and Tony Kakwitch; special siblings Timothy Corn, Michelle Peters, Jeanette Dick, Aunty Dumpy, Chawb, Uncle Dusty (Candy Boyd) and Janilla Dick; and special friends Crash Kaquatosh and Dude Lyons. Special grandchildren, Aurora, Odessa, and Manny.
Bob was preceded in death by the love of his life, Rae Elaine Tourtillott; his son, Bronson Corn; his parents, Cubby Madosh and LaVina "Jonnie" Corn; siblings Leeann Corn, Jeri Corn, and Duane Kakwitch; cherished relatives Aunty Bitsy, Aunty Titter, Uncle Chief, Aunty Hubby, Uncle Windy, and nieces and nephews Annette Dick, Jordan Corn, Lucas Gardener, and Sierra Hill.
A celebration of life will be held at noon on F riday, June 27, 2025, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Keshena with Fr. Hanz Officiating. Visitation will be held at 9:30 AM, and a funeral mass at noon. A meal will be served after the mass at the Fr. David Barrett Hall — a chance for friends and relatives to share stories, memories, and moments that honor the life of Robert Corn. Burial will be held privately with family at a later date.
