Obituary

Robert "Bob" Edward Holl, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2021. Bob was born on May 3, 1941, in Shawano, to the late Clarence N. and Arletta R. (Seering) Holl. He grew up in Krakow and was a graduate of Pulaski High School.  In recent months, Bob fondly recalled the opportunity Lucian Krawczyk gave him with his very first job bagging groceries at the Red Owl grocery store in Pulaski.  Bob also never forgot the guidance of high school Journalism teacher Bernard Olejniczak.  Bob's introduction to advertising work at The Pulaski News as a high school student set him on a career path in sales/advertising in Green Bay.

Bob loved horseback riding, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, his T-Bucket Hot Rod, mud-running 4 X 4 trucks, Corvettes, car shows, cooking, photography, and vinyl records - the original ones.  Bob was affectionately known as "Mr. Bob" throughout his neighborhood. He was a long-time member of the Green Bay Four-Wheel Drive Club and Corvette Club.  Bob looked forward to being a part of the annual Holl family reunion and Seering family reunion from the very beginning decades ago.  Bob was a kind, quiet soul with a generous heart and a quick laugh.

Bob is survived by his siblings: Rochell (Louis) Cheplak of Janesville and Rosemary Gajewski of Pulaski; nieces and nephews, Zach (Erin) Cheplak, Emma (Luke) McCoy, Jake (Sarah Schneider) Gajewski, Nick Gajewski, Tyler (Kim) Gajewski; special friends and neighbors, Ted and Mary Francois and their family. He is further survived by countless other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his parents, Clarence and Arletta; brothers Richard and Vernon Holl; and brother-in-law Gary Gajewski.

A memorial service for Bob will be held at Zion United Methodist Church in Bonduel on Thursday November 18, 2021, at 11:00 am with Rev. Ellen Williams officiating.
