Robert is survived by: six children, Thomas of Pardeville, Sally (Bill) Hoefs of Shawano, Sandy Paiser of Leopolis, Judy (Raymond) Begrow of Marion, Jeff (Sue) of Pearson and Mary (Harlon) Wright of Bowler; daughter-in-law, Bonnie Paiser; son-in-law, Ron (Gina) Magolski; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.  He is further survived by his half-brothers, Jerry (Diane) Buettner, Don (Kathy) Buettner and Darold (Gertie) Buettner; his in-laws, David (Karen) Pieper, Verna Buntrock and Renee Pieper.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen; his children, Betty Magolski and James Paiser; his daughter-in-law, Peggy Paiser; his parents; his half-brother, Ed Buettner; his mother and father-in-law, Ida and Fred Pieper; and two brothers-in-law, Donald Buntrock and Fred Pieper.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 22, 2018 at St. Paul Lutheran Church Stony Hill with Rev. John Eyer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano on Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm and again at the church on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of the service.
