Robert John Parrott, age 26 of Shawano, passed away from post op complications on Monday, November 26, 2018. Robert was born on December 1, 1991 in Shawano, the son of Jennifer (Bastar) and Paul Parrott.  Robert is a 2010 graduate of Bonduel High School, where he wore jersey #79 while playing football and earned the nickname "Powerhouse".  He continued his education at NWTC, majoring in Videography.  Robert was a Packer fan and enjoyed watching Reggie White.  He loved watching movies and Jurassic Park was among his favorites.  Robert was a very caring person, which showed through some of his career choices.  He would do anything for anyone…no matter the time.  Robert loved working as a personal care giver and a Line Therapist and was an EMT for Cecil Washington Fire Department.  He also enjoyed ice fishing and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Shawano.

Robert is survived by: his fiancée, Samantha Wallace; godson, William Schoen; his parents, Jennifer and Paul; siblings, Katilynn, David and Pauline; grandmother, Barbara Parrott; his uncle, Jayson (Amy) Bastar; his aunts, Johanna (Jody) Schoen, Jessica (Matthew) Knitter, Janalee (Jason) Krueger, Terri (Chris) Utke and Lori (Dennis) Schneider; his cousin, Amanda and her children, Jadyn, Myla, Haylee and Raelyn,  his cousins Stephanie, Elizabeth and Emilee, his cousin Jordon (Patience) and their children, Jabril, Jacobi and Javon, his cousin, Anna Marie (Cody) and their son, Dawson, his cousins, Molly, Hattie, Johnathan, Aubrey, Aiden, Anglena, Lorren, Morgan and Max, his cousin, Kyle (Anna) and their children, Isabelle, Kysen and Akira, and cousins. Elizabeth and Rebecca.

Welcoming him in Heaven were his sister, Theresa Joy; grandparents, John and Peggy Bastar and Robert L. Parrott; and long-time friend, Rocky DeLorme.

Funeral services for Robert will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church in Shawano with Rev. Blake Blakesley officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 12:30 pm until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
