Robert L. Tomow, age 45, of Keshena, was called to heaven on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. Robert was born on February 12, 1975, son Debra Tomow and the late Robert D. Grignon.
Robert loved life, he was known as "Nite Life" in his DJ music business. Robert worked as a bus driver for the Menominee Indian School District, he was a machine attendant for the Menominee Casino and from there he went to work at North Star Casino also as a machine attendant. Robert then lived out of state for a while before returning home to help with his sister, Spring.
Robert is survived by: his mother, Debra A. Tomow; his sisters, Roxy L. (Talon) Grignon and Spring Tomow both of Keshena; his brother, Travis Grignon, Sr. of Keshena; his nieces and nephews who he loved most of all, Tiana Grignon, Maria Grignon, Deja Long, Talon Bedeau, Jr., Ellis Bedeau, Tyler Bedeau, Travis Grignon, Jr., and Tyrell Grignon all of Keshena; his aunts, Regina Tomow, Edana Tomow, Brenda K. (Rito) Tomow, Joleen Tomow, Davey (Ruben) Tomow Escalante, Barbara Grignon and Paula Grignon all of Keshena, Roxy L. Grignon of New York, and Judy Elm of Green Bay; his uncles, Dale Weber, Ruben Escalante, and Rito Escalante. He is further survived by other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Robert D. Grignon; his brother, Tyrell J. Grignon; his maternal grandparents, Chief Louis A. Tomow and Gertrude W. Tomow; his paternal grandparents, William "Bill" Grignon and Blanche Gardener; his uncle, William (John) Grignon; his aunts, Mary C. Tomow, Patricia Tomow, and Audrey Tomow; as well as all of the Elder Tomow great aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held at the Roxy Grignon Residence, W2774 Chief Carron Road in Keshena, beginning at 3:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2020 until 2:00 pm Saturday, May 2, 2020. A memorial service will be held after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
