Ruth M. Henke, age 95 of Shawano, formerly of Arizona, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021. Ruth was born on January 4, 1926 to the late William and Rose (Stillman) Wiskow in the Town of Seneca. She attended school in Marion. Ruth was united in marriage to Otto Bratz who preceded her in death in July of 1962. She was united in marriage to Alfred Henke who preceded her in death in June of 2004. Ruth was tough, feisty, and a hard worker.  She worked for the United States Postal Service for 20 years, retiring as Postmaster for the Tilleda Post Office. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ruth is survived by her children, Carolyn (Herold) Teuchert of Birnamwood, Donald (Mary) Bratz of Birnamwood, Robert (Lisa) Bratz of Philadelphia, and Vicki (Steve) LaHue of Green Bay; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen Nikolai of Unity; and a sister-in-law, Bessie Wiskow of Appleton. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husbands; her parents; two sisters, Laura and Lila; and two brothers Melvin and Earl.

Inurnment will be in Elias Lutheran Cemetery. Private family services will be held.
