Ryan Robert Brodhagen, age 37, of Shawano, died on Tuesday, June 25, 2019. He was born on August 24, 1981, in Shawano, the son of Bruce and Lynn (Klaeser) Brodhagen.  Ryan enjoyed hunting and fishing, and especially loved playing with his kids.  He had a huge heart, was willing and eager to help anyone, and had a tremendous sense of humor.  Ryan was a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Lynn Brodhagen of Shawano; fiancée, Elizabeth "Liz" Pocan; his children, Noah Brodhagen, Denzyl Franco, and Braxen Brodhagen all of Shawano; his sister, Erin (Ben) Van Oss of Shawano; and maternal grandmother, Shirley Klaeser of Caroline. Ryan is further survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Ryan is preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond and Mary Lou Brodhagen and Robert Klaeser.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at St. James Lutheran Church in Shawano. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano and again on Saturday at church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
