Sam Buckett, age 43, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family in April of 2024, in Wisconsin. He was born to the late John and Susan (Resch) Buckett in Wisconsin. Sam graduated from Marion High School. He continued his education at Lawrence University, where he met his soon to be wife, Amy Gammon. After graduating from Lawrence University, Sam went on to work as a chiropractor. Samuel was an avid sports player and loved participating in track, football and wrestling. Sam enjoyed coaching. Most people knew Sam to always be caring and helpful to those who needed him. His highest priority of all was spending time with his family, and especially his wife, children, and sister. He will be dearly missed.

Sam is survived by: his wife of 10 years, Amy Buckett; his children, Livia and Toria; his sister, Sally (Thomas) Egan; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Steve and Rosie Gammon; his brother-in-law Brian (Nicole) Gammon; his nephew Levi. He is further survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Sam is preceded in death by his parents John and Susan.

A gathering of family and friends will be held for Sam at Swedberg Funeral Home on Saturday April 6, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm .
