Sandra Lee Draghi, age 73, of Keshena, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. Sandra was born on September 26, 1946, in Keshena, to the late James and Matilda (Waupoose) Zhuckkahosee, Sr. Sandra graduated from Shawano High School in 1965. She enlisted in the United States Army in January of 1966 and served in Vietnam. She was honorably discharged from the military in October of 1968. Sandra earned a bachelor's degree and worked as a nurse and a social worker. She was a talented bowler in her younger years and enjoyed riding in the woods and taking road trips with family and friends. More recently she enjoyed being involved with GLEANA meetings with other elders. Sandra enjoyed bingo, attending family reunions and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She was a very loving and caring person and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sandra is survived by: her son, Thomas (Myrna) Draghi of Ladysmith; her daughter-in-law, Leona Draghi of Keshena; her grandchildren, Spencer Draghi, Desiray Draghi, Rayann Draghi, and Raymond Draghi, Jr.; her siblings, Reginald (Carol) Zhuckkahosee, Marcia (Loren Washinawatok) Zhuckkahosee, Thomas (Karen) Zhuckkahosee, Aloysius (Alberta) Zhuckkahosee, Lisa Zhuckkahosee, Lee (Karen) Zhuckkahosee, Leona (Charles) Poole, and Clarice "Reecie" (Doyle) Wilber. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by: a son, Raymond Draghi, Sr.; her parents; and her siblings, James Zhuckkahosee, Jr., Myrna Bergen, Cheryl McCann, Cornell Zhuckkahosee, and infant Reginald.
A graveside prayer service with military honors by the Menominee Veterans will be held for Sandra at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Our Lady of the Woods Cemetery, West Branch.
