Sandra Marie Smith, age 66 of Shawano, passed away the morning of Thursday, November 8, 2018 in Neenah. Sandra was born in Yankton, South Dakota on April 5, 1952, a daughter of the late George A. and Betty (Christensen) Connolly.  She was united in marriage to John Smith at the Presbyterian Church in Shawano.  John preceded her in death on August 5, 2001.  Sandra loved volunteering at Sam 25 and was a Big Sister.  She played small parts at the Meilke Theater in Shawano.  Sandra loved animals, traveling and camping.

Sandra is survived by: her siblings, Roger (Christine) Connolly, June Wawrzyniakowski and Bruce (Diane) Kosbab; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 2001; her mom and dad, Betty and George; two step-fathers, Fritz Kosbab and Gerald Wawrzynaikowski; and two siblings, Charlene Brise and George Connolly.

A gathering of friends and family will be held from 2:00 - 5:00 pm on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the American Legion, 850 S. Lincoln Street in Shawano.
