Obituary
Sarah Marion Miller, age 96, of Clintonville passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 in Shawano. Sarah was born on June 15, 1921, the daughter of the late Joe and Elizabeth (Wilber) Wood. She married Fred "Fuzzy" Miller in Shawano and they owned and operated Fuzzy's Resort on Shawano Lake. Sarah often volunteered at local nursing homes playing the keyboard and sang for the Sweet Adeline's. She also enjoyed sewing and loved having her family around her.
Sarah is survived by: her children, Carollyne Reid of Clintonville, Fred (Sharon Rankin) Miller of Green Bay, Lynndelle (Kurt) Lauterbach of Caroline, Melanie Rupple of Shawano and Melissa (Kevin) Gitter of Scottsdale, AZ; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Fred; three children, Willard Wood, Rozanne Miller and David Miller; her parents; and one brother, Henry Wood.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Lake Drive Cemetery.
