Shane Peters, age 31, of Keshena passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 21, 2020. Shane was born on July 11, 1988 in Green Bay, son of the late Gail Peters.  Shane graduated from Menominee High School and worked as a logger.  He loved the woods and enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Shane was a simple man and lived a simple life.  He always had a positive outlook on life and he was the kind of man that would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need.  The most important thing to Shane was always his four children, he loved them with his whole heart and he was a wonderful father.

Shane is survived by: his four children Izayah Peters, Allen Peters, Jason Peters, and Elizabeth Peters; his father, Alex (Olga) Peters III; grandmother, Gloria Miller; siblings, Karl (Jennifer) Peters, Alex (Connie) Peters IV, Tessa (Jeremy) Peters, Dustin (Tillie) Peters, John Ponfil, and Jennifer Peters; special sister, Natasha Peters; special brother, Russell Peters; and the mother of his children, Jodi Redkettle. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who all loved him very much.

Shane is preceded in death by his mom, Gail and siblings, Bobby, Lance, and Cheyenne.

A private family funeral will be held and a memorial service for the public is being planned for a later date.
