Sharon Sherman, age 71 of Menasha, died on Friday, March 11, 2016, in Shawano. Born on October 2, 1944 in Beaver Dam, she is the daughter of the late John C. and Mildred M. (Gubin) Welak, Sr. Sharon was united in marriage to Steve Sherman on June 2, 2001 in Montello, Wisconsin. She was fun-loving, loved cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Steve; daughter, Deborah (Scott) Parson of Shawano; son, Brian (Joan) Biertzer of Shawano; grandchildren, Joshua (Nicole) Biertzer, Eric (Daniela Sutherland) Biertzer, Aleah Biertzer, Dalton Parson, Karli Parson; great-grandchildren, Aubree, Ryder, Bentley and Madyson. She is further survived by her step-children, Troy (Michelle) Sherman, Jody (Art) Ward, Tanya Sherman; step-grandchildren, Marissa, Taylor, Meagan, Kayla, Courtney, Averi and Abigail; brother, John (Gertrude) Welak, Jr and very special nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.
