Obituary
Starfire Waupoose, of Neopit, died shortly after birth on Monday, February 27, 2017 in Neenah. She is the daughter of Shakoka (Wahsquonaikezhik) Waupoose and Phillip Waupoose.
Starfire is survived by: her mom and dad, Shakoka and Phillip; her siblings, Kacie, Nathaniel, Delsey, Paul, Phillip Jr. and AuBree; her grandparents, Ernest and Annette Wahsquonaikezhik, Marlin Waupoose, Sr. and Elmira Caldwell; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by: two uncles, Marlin Waupoose and Shawahossoway Wahsquonaikezhik and one cousin, Darwin L. Thunder, Jr.
Private family services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the Waupoose residence N3356 St. Hwy 47 in Neopit with Rev. Francis Zurbano officiating. Burial will be in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in spring. Friends may call at the family residence after 4:00 pm Thursday, March 2, 2017 until 10:00 am on Saturday. Swedberg Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
