Steven Marion Miller, age 58 of Shawano, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 in Appleton. Steve was born in Shawano on August 15, 1960, the son of the late James and Violet (Peters) Miller.  He enjoyed fishing, being in the woods and shanging.  Steve enjoyed visiting with his family and friends and especially loved to spoil his children and grandchildren.

Steve is survived by: two children, Marsha (Michael) and Vincent (Michelle); seven grandchildren, Joseph III, Emma, David, Julienne, Andria, John and Michaela.  He is further survived by his siblings, Pam (Robert) Sporleder, Tony (Bettina) Miller, Paula "Sicey" Miller, John Miller Sr., Les Miller, Amy Miller and Sue (Darren) Miller; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by: three children, Emma R. Miller and Rose and Paul in infancy; his parents; and one brother, Gary.

A funeral mass for Steve will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Neopit with Father Joel Jores officiating. Visitation will be held in the David Kiefer room at the Neopit Community Center from 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 until the time of the service on Thursday. Burial will be in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in the spring.
