Tammy M. LaChapelle, age 47, of Bowler, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017. Born on October 12, 1969 in St. Paul, Minnesota, she is the daughter of William D. and Ronda (Welch) Sullivan.  Tammy was most recently employed at the Stockbridge Tribal Clinic and enjoyed doing crafts, working on the computer and talking on the telephone.

Tammy is survived by: her five children, Anthony "Tony", April, Andrew, Ashton, and Adrianna; three grandchildren, Loveah, Leelah and Kaysen; her parents, William and Ronda Sullivan; and her brother, Willy (Anna) Sullivan.

A memorial service for Tammy will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Stockbridge Bible Church with Rev. Ernie Geeting officiating.
