Terry Rand Chicks, age 73, passed away on Tuesday October 3, 2023, surrounded by family in Milwaukee. Terry was born on July 1, 1950, in Shawano to the late Clarence and Sarah (Miller) Chicks. He was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Mohican Lutheran Church in Gresham. Terry graduated from Franklin High School in 1968 and attended UW Milwaukee. He lived in Milwaukee for most of his life. In his free time, Terry enjoyed riding bike and golfing.

Terry is survived by his sister, Susan (Marc) Chicks-Wojciechowski; nephew, Nathan (Jamie) Wojciechowski; great-niece and nephew, Allison and Eliot; and sister-in-law, Rose. He is further survived by many other relatives and friends.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Sarah; and siblings, Marjorie Jean Chicks and Robert Chicks.

A funeral service for Terry will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday October 7, 2023, at Immanuel Mohican Lutheran Church in Gresham, with Lay Minister Ralph Beversdorf officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday starting at 9:30 am until time of service. Burial will be at Red Springs Cemetery.
