IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Thomas Joseph
Borneman
May 3, 1954 – December 9, 2020
Thomas Joseph Borneman, age 66, of Bonduel, sadly passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 after a five-year struggle with left side paralysis, which was a result from two massive strokes. Tom was born on May 3, 1954 to Dorothy (Kloepfel) Wagner and the late Richard Borneman in Neenah. He graduated from Neenah High School. Tom was united in marriage to Mary Lee Pyawasit on Nov. 13, 2009 in Kaukauna.
Tom was a loving and devoted husband who provided and protected his wife, family and friends. He was an avid "Harley Man" who enjoyed riding his 97' custom soft-tail with his wife Mary. He would say "I don't know where we are going, but we're on our way". Tom lived his life to the fullest, whether he was outside doing yard work, "pushing buttons" at the casino or relaxing at the lake lot enjoying a bonfire and a cold Samuel Adams with his family and friends. He especially enjoyed the times he was able to spend cuddling with his wife at the end of the day watching a movie.
Tom had a very special place in his heart for his grandchildren. He always had time for a game of Mario with Wyatt or sharing a soda with Alice. He enjoyed taking the grandchildren to the park, having water fights and eating ice cream. He would often include his special niece, Mari Rae on these outings.
Tom was a heavy equipment operator and retired in 2011. He was a member of the International Operating Engineers Local 139 Union.
Tom is survived by; his wife, Mary Lee Borneman of eleven years; mother, Dorothy; stepchildren, La'Tia Fink, Kassina (Shane) Regennitter and Joshua Pyawasit; grandchildren, Wyatt, Alice, Atticus, Mercedes and Kendra; sisters, Sheree (Fred) Nack and Mary (Dave) Clark; brothers and sisters in law, Dana and Quas Waubanascum, Pat, Dean and Daryl Schneider, Corey and Tim Behnke, Jonathon Torres and Renny and Val Katchenago; his father-in-law and friend, Fritz Haack and best friend, Steve (Cindy) Garrow. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by; his father, Richard; brother, Mark Borneman; mother-in-law, Nelda Haack and stepson Bradley "The Boy" Koppel-Fink.
A funeral service for Tom will be held at 6pm on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Swedberg Funeral Home in Shawano. Visitation will be held on at the Funeral Home from 4 pm until time of service until the time of service.
