Thomas J. "Tom" Rotter, Sr., age 71 of Pulaski, previously of Bonduel, passed away on Wednesday June 11, 2025. Tom was born on March 20, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois to John and Dolores (Nuccio) Rotter. He grew up in Chicago and graduated high school in 1972. Following high school, Tom joined the United States Navy and served his country until he was honorably discharged in 1975. Following his military service, Tom worked for the city of Chicago. On October 9, 1982, he was united in marriage to Cerene Lebda. The couple moved to Bonduel in 1994. Tom worked in retail for many years. His true passion was collecting and wheeling and dealing.  He enjoyed classic cars and loved meeting new people.

Tom is survived by: his children, Veronica Nelson, Thomas (Paula Peterson) Rotter, Jr., and Tim (Kim) Rotter; grandchildren, Lucas and Kaitlyn; parents, John and Dolores Rotter; siblings, John (Chris) Rotter, Robert "Bob" Rotter, and Marianne Rotter; and his former wife, Cerene Rotter. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Debbie Rotter.

In accordance with Tom's wishes no public service will be held.
