Timothy Cook, age 52, of Oshkosh, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021. Tim was born on July 22, 1969, in Cudahay, Wisconsin to Ruth Balistreri and James Cook. Tim was raised throughout Barron County and later resided in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Tim was known as the leader of the pack at his family-owned business, All State Asphalt. The business served clients all over from the Midwest to the east coast, especially Virginia Beach and the Carolinas. Tim was a gypsy traveler and that was his passion. Everyone knew Tim as a hard worker, a very kind, generous and helpful man who would give you the shirt off his back. Tim had the ability to make friends wherever he went, no matter who it was. Although he was passionate about his work, his family always came first.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Balistreri, sons, Robert (Chrystal Akins) Knight, Timothy Cook, Jr., and Dylan Homme; daughter, Salone (Dylan Smetana) Schultz; step-daughters, Dallas Buss and Dyani Chamberlin; grandchildren, Frankie ("Chico") Knight, Allezay and Presley Smetana, Alayla Cook, Raelynn Riley, and one grandchild on the way; brothers, Todd Cook and Troy Cook; niece, Gracian Cook; nephew, Jace Cook, and his girlfriend Rainie, with son, Karsten. Tim had numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, James Cook; brother, Bobby Cook; Grandma and Grandpa Cook; and wife, Renee Chamberlin.
