Tracy A. Kessen, age 53, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022. She was born on December 27, 1968, to Barbara (Birdsall) Jolin and the late William Jolin in Oshkosh. Tracy graduated from Oshkosh West High School. She was united in marriage to Robert "Sarge" Kessen on August 31, 1991, in Oshkosh. He preceded her in death in 2003. Tracy lived in Oshkosh all her life. She was a school bus aid for the local school district. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, being outside, traveling, camping and cooking. Tracy also enjoyed going to the casino and she loved animals.

She is survived by her children, Courtney Kessen and Amber Kessen; grandchildren, Alayah, Aubrey, Payton, Andrew Jr., Aralynn, Allison, MJ, Robert and Hazel; her mother, Barbara; sister, Tammy (Ernie) Gutierrez; brother, William (Kelly) Jolin; and significant other, Brandon Dexter.

Tracy is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Sarge"; father, William Sr.; stepson, Aaron, best-friend, Kay; and grandparents.

A funeral service for Tracy will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 29, 2022, at St. Anthony Church in Neopit with Fr. Nonito Barra officiating. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am on Friday until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family invites visitors to join them next door to the church in Neopit Community Center for food and refreshments following the service.
