Virginia Irene Duer, age 93 of Shawano, passed away Friday, August 09, 2013 at a local nursing home. Virginia was born on March 24, 1921 to the late Vernon and Regina Kubacki. In 1945 she married Guy Duer; he precedes her in death. Virginia worked as a crane operator and later as a housewife and stay at home mom. Virginia is survived by: her son, Jeff Duer of Shawano; her daughter, Shelly Duer of Shawano; and 2 grandchildren. Private family services will be held.
