Wanda Mae Collins, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 8, 2022. Wanda was born in Shawano on January 30, 1951, to the late Howard and Helen (Krueger) Hintz. She was a wonderful woman who was very easy to talk to and was like a mom to many. She was selfless, hardworking, determined and loving. Wanda loved nothing more than spending time with her beloved family, especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her dog DeeDee, her best friend. She cherished the special memories made doing arts, crafts, and baking with her granddaughter, Amber.

Wanda is survived by: her children, Rob (Peggy) Collins, Ronnie Collins, and Quinn Collins; grandchildren, Brianna, Brooke, Amber, Marissa, Kaitlin, Victoria, Matthew, and Heather; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Darwin (Sandy) Hintz; and a sister, Pam (Mike) Frakes. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Wanda is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Douglas Hintz.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Gillett Town Hall from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm with a time of sharing and prayer at 6:00 pm.
