Wilhemina Faye Peters, age 61, passed away on Thursday October 11, 2024, in Neopit, Wisconsin.

Wilhemina was born in Antigo, Wisconsin on December 3, 1962, daughter of the late Walter and Veronica (Waupoose) Peters. Wilhemina was a graduate of Menominee High School. She enjoyed going to bingo and watching Packer games. She will always be remembered as a loving and caring woman. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend and she loved her family with all of her heart.

Wilhemina is survived by her son Jazmen "Jaz" Peters; granddaughters, Jadesy, Nala, and Jazmina; brothers and sisters, Wilda Vele, Willa Peters, Wiladean Peters, Winston Peters, and Waldon (Kathy) Peters Sr. She is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews, including her favorite nephew, Hunter.

Wilhemina is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Veronica; a son Jerett Peters; brothers and sisters, Winifred Peters, Wendelin Peters, Wanda Peters, William Peters, Warren Peters, Willard Peters, Gordon James, Carmel Root, and Betty Ann Wynos.

A Catholic Mass for Wilhemina will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday October 16 , 2024, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Neopit with Fr. Hanz Christian officiating. Visitation will be held at the Willa Peters residence, N2106 White Birch St., Neopit (Middle Village) beginning on Monday at 3:00 pm and continuing until the procession leaves for the church on Wednesday at 10:30 am. Burial will be in St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery following mass.
