Xavier Markus Peters, age 21, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday December 28, 2024, in Shawano. Xavier was born on March 4, 2003, in Green Bay to Jodi Peters and the late Bertram Gill. He had a big personality with a great sense of humor that would light up a room and didn't have a serious bone in his body. Xavier loved spending time with his mother. He enjoyed playing video games, watching movies, swimming, was known as a "water dog" by his family and being outside. Xavier was a good cook; everyone enjoyed his famous chicken alfredo and during Christmas his baked cookies and candies. He was a wonderful son, brother, nephew and friend; he will be deeply missed.

Xavier is survived by his mother, Jodi; siblings, Cassandra Peters, Lincoln Peters and Juliet Atiya; and his sister's cat whom he loved, Benny. He is further survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Xavier is preceded in death by his father, Bertram; paternal grandparents, Jerome and Bernice Gill; and maternal grandmother, Sandra LaRock.

A family ran memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday January 4, 2025, at St. John Lutheran Church also known as the Clock Church in Gillett, Wisconsin with Pastor Chris Byars officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of service.
