Peter Wayne Hetzer, age 61, passed away on Tuesday March 26, 2024, in Clintonville. Peter was born on May 29, 1962, in Shawano to Bessie (Peters) Hetzer and the late Wayne Hetzer. He graduated from Antigo High School in 1980. Peter served his country proudly in the United States National Guard. In his free time, Peter enjoyed lawn work, fishing, cookouts and spending time with his family. Peter loved his dogs, Meeka and Nikki very much.

Peter is survived by his children, Leah Hetzer, Amber (fiancé Aaron Milavitz) Hetzer and Malachi Hetzer; grandchildren, Braxton, Brayah, Bryce and Nixon; mother, Bessie; and sister, Terri (David) Doucette.

Peter is preceded in death by his father, Wayne.

A graveside service for Peter will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday April 4, 2024, at Old Stockbridge Presbyterian Cemetery in Morgan Siding with Pastor Gordon Oliver officiating.
